Jolie Étoile – 14-Day Return Policy
At Jolie Étoile, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Prepare Your Return Package
Carefully package the items along with the packing slip included in your original shipment to help us process your return efficiently. -
Ship Your Return
Send your package back using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. -
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. If everything meets our return criteria, we will issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days.

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.
Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our return policy.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Items are shipped from China and must be returned to China at your own cost.

Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We commit to issuing refunds within 14 calendar days of the return process.
Returns that do not comply with our policy may be refused at Jolie Étoile’s discretion.
